ORA-00227: corrupt block detected in control file:
(block string, # blocks string).
Cause: A block header corruption or checksum error was detected on
reading the control file.
Action: Use the CREATE CONTROLFILE or RECOVER DATABASE USING BACKUP
CONTROLFILE command.
