UPPER function in oracle converts all the input characters in upper case.
Syntax :-
SELECT UPPER(INPUT STRING) FROM DUAL;
Example:-
SELECT UPPER('chanchal wankhade') as Upper_exaple from dual;
Result:- CHANCHAL WANKHADE
