Upsert in Teradata

Upsert:-

Upsert or merge is use to insert or update data based on some condition. Upsert is short form of insert or update. This can be use when we want to insert or update data on some condition. Let’s see how we can use upsert.

  Upsert in Teradata:-

You can see in above script there are two sql statements in above script one is for update and other is for insert. Above script will update the record based on some condition and insert if that condition does not get fulfill.
